Congratulations to Mrs. Ingram for being chosen by her peers as the 2020 JWS Teacher of the Year!!
Mrs. Ingram goes above and beyond to make sure her students are successful. She holds each of her students to a high standard regardless of their background. Mrs. Ingram has taken on a variety of leadership roles throughout our school. She is a team player and is always working to our overall school mission and vision
Rosa has taken on many leadership positions and Rosa is very hard working.
Rosa expects great things from her students. At the same time, she is understanding of each individual's challenges. She takes on new initiatives with all her energy - she is not one to sit back and let others lead the way. Rosa is ALWAYS willing to help her teammates and other staff. Her candor and sense of humor as well as her work ethic and desire to improve make her an asset to the staff and students of JWS.
I am nominating Mrs. Ingram for Teacher Ambassador because she goes that extra mile to help others when they are in need. I can personally say she has helped me a lot. She never shows any frustration when she is asked to help. If she doesn't have the answer, she will get it.
I am nominating Rosa for TA because of her dedication and strong work ethic. She continuously strives to promote positive relationships and learning in her classroom. She cares about her students and coworkers. She would be a great advocate for education!
She goes above and beyond what is needed to make her students succeed!
She is an amazing person and an awesome teacher. Rosa can relate to many fields in the school because she has worked her way up to become a leader and a great teacher.
Mrs. Ingram goes over and beyond the call of duty as a teacher. If a driver is needed at the last minute, she never declines. She serves on the School Improvement Team and is always looking for ways to improve attendance and student behavior. Mrs. Ingram moved to second grade this year and has hit the ground running; she strives for excellence and expects nothing less from her teammates or students.
