Hello!

My name is Ms. Phelan! This is my second year teaching at Havelock High School! I am a CTE teacher and the Varsity Cheerleading Coach.  I will be teaching Child Development, Early Childhood, and Mental Health and Counseling practices. I am a Havelock High graduate and went on to receive my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During my free time, I like going to the beach, watching movies, or listening to music! I'm so excited to be back here at Havelock!
