Hello Students and Families,

I am teaching 8th grade science at Tucker Creek Middle School.  I am a recent graduate from UNCW with a graduate degree in middle grades education. I received my undergraduate education at ECU where I acquired a B.S. in Biology.

I grew up in the military, moving around frequently.  I have lived on both the east and west coasts, as well as overseas in Europe.  Since moving to North Carolina, I have greatly enjoyed living here.  I currently live in Swansboro and spend my time by kayaking in the White Oak River and relaxing on the Emerald Isle beaches.

I am looking forward to being a Mustang and getting to know all of you during the school year!
