This is my sixth-year teaching. I previously taught eleventh grade English in Mitchell County and STEM at HJ MacDonald Middle School. I graduated from UNC Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. I most recently graduated from Appalachian State University with a master’s certification in CTE and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. In the summer months, I spend my time in Montana working in Glacier National Park. My passion is to travel; I try to visit as many National Parks as possible during our breaks from school. I love to fly fish, hike, watch football and Chick-fil-A!
