I am the EMT instructor at NBHS. I have been a paramedic for over 20 years and worked in EMS for a total of 23. I worked for CarolinaEast EMS for 15 years and continue to work as a Paramedic part time with Bridgeton EMS. I have taught the EMT and Paramedic courses at Craven Community College as well as CPR, ACLS and PALS for healthcare providers. This is my 5th year teaching High School and my first at NBHS. I previously taught EMT at Havelock High School and very excited to bring the EMT program to New Bern High.
