J. T. Barber Elementary School believes all students are capable of academic success and entitled to a rigorous education that prepares them to be college or career ready.  We will accomplish this mission through: a culture of high expectation, character development, rigorous instruction focused on the learner, data-driven decision making, and the DREAM values of Determination, Respect, Enthusiasm, Achievement, Mastery.
