My name is Alex Gourlay but around campus I'm known as Coach G. I grew up on Long Island, NY and earned my Bachelors degree at SUNY Cortland where I met my wife Allison. We moved to Craven County and have made some great friends along the way. Growing up I was always involved with sports learning the value of physical activity for health, enjoyment and building relationships. My passion has brought me to Havelock Elementary School to provide a positive PE experience.
