Hi!  My name is Rachelle Opp and I am one of the third grade teachers here at Roger Bell.  I recently moved to North Carolina with my husband thanks to the Marines.  This is my fourth year teaching.  Previously, I taught first grade for a couple years in Iowa.  I believe every student has the ability to grow and become a kind citizen as they prepare to further their education.  In my free time, my husband and I like to take our puppy Jax to the beach, read a good book, and hang out with friends.  Please contact me if you have any questions!
