My name is Erin Ridgeway and I grew up in Virginia. This is my 3rd year at Brinson and I am excited to be a part of the 2nd grade team this year. Last year I was in 3rd grade and the year before I was a Titel 1/ STEM teacher. In Virginia, I was a Special Education teacher before my husband and I moved to New Bern in 2017.  My husband, Jordan, grew up in New Bern. Our son, Nolan, was born in November of last year and we have a Golden Retriever named Toby. We enjoy being on the water and love being parents to Nolan. I am a fourth generation teacher and love teaching. I am so excited to teach and learn from my students.
