WELCOME!! My name is Sherri Hargett-Coleby, most often referred to as Madam Coleby by my students. I was honored to be chosen as Teacher Ambassador of West Craven Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year. The 2020-2021 school year marks my 7th year as an Exceptional Children's teacher and every year is better than the last. I am a wife and mother. I have one son named Jayson-Coley Hargett. West Craven Middle School is special to me because I am blessed to teach where I once was a student.  I graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Delinquency. I received my teaching certification from East Carolina University. I have Master degrees in the fields of Psychology, Adult Education & Training and Organizational Management. I also have a Doctoral degree in Theology/Bibical Studies. This school year will be very different and I believe that with cooperation, flexibity and grace we will make it the best school year ever!!
