Mrs. Baker's Biography

Hello!

My name is Angela Baker and this will be my eighteenth year teaching in Craven County School System.

I graduated from Meredith College in 1992 with a BS in early childhood education and later went back to ECU to earn my BK teacher certification.

In 2013 I added my K-6 teaching certification. My prior experience came from the Child Development Center at Cherry Point Base for 3 years, then a stay at home mom for 4 years and Head Start for 7 years and then Craven County Schools. I have always enjoyed teaching.

My husband, Vince and I have lived in Havelock for 30 years. Our youngest daughter, Victoria graduated from Geneva College May, 2022. She got married on November 11, 2022 and now lives in Florida. Our oldest daughter, Brittany Gail graduated from Pitt Community College, lives in Havelock and works at Fresenius Kidney Care Crystal Coast. Both my daughters played softball during their college years. A sport that both my girls enjoyed their whole life.

We have 2 dogs, ZOEY(8) and BELLA(2)!! BOTH are SPOILED ROTTEN!!
