Welcome to Second Grade! Hello, my name is Kelsey Marks and I am so excited to have the opportunity to be your child's teacher this year! I was born and raised in Craven County and love living in our beautiful area. I graduated in December 2014  from East Carolina University with a degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in child studies. Go Pirates! I have taught second and first grade at Vanceboro Farm Life. This will be my 8th year teaching. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, reading and traveling. 

My goal is to instill a level of respect, responsibility and love of learning in their young lives. I want them to understand how important they are and help them to grow into future leaders.
