I am the Physical Educator at VFLE and I have been teaching here for 7 years.  I am currently in my 22nd year of teaching, all in NC after relocating from Buffalo, NY.  

I have 3 wonderful children and an amazing husband who is the Athletic Director  and Physical Education Teacher at West Craven High School.  In addition to my "people", I have 4.5 inside cats, about 10 outside/adopted cats and 1 turtle.  To say the least, I stay extremely busy outside of school.

One of my greatest pleasures as a PE Teacher is to watch as all of my children (students) grow into wonderful young adults.
