Hi!

I love teaching 4th Grade at Brinson. I have been teaching here for a number of years and both of my boys, as well as my step daughter and stepson, are "graduates" of Brinson, so I have a long happy history with this school. I am originally from Highland Falls, N.Y.,  a small town in the Hudson Valley right outside the gates of West Point Military Academy. I graduated from Framingham State University, MA with a B.S. in Elementary Ed. I have been living here in New Bern since 2000.  I love to read, especially at the beach and my favorite genre is science fiction/fantasy.  Think Harry Potter and A Wrinkle in Tilme. I love cats! I currently have 6 fur babies that I love spending time with when I am home. Welcome to Fabulous Fourth Grade!
