Welcome. My name is Heather Harley and I've been blessed to work at Ben D. Quinn for several years now. 

I am a New Bern native and attended several schools here: Trent Academy, F.R. Danyus, H.J. MacDonald, J.T. Barber, and New Bern Senior High School. I have a BA from East Carolina University and a MLS (Masters in Library Science) from North Carolina Central University. I also have additional post-graduate licensure from East Carolina University as well. I've worked in public and academic libraries as well as school libraries in Pitt County, Pamlico County, Hennepin County (Minnesota) and finally back home to Craven County, where I plan to stay.
