Welcome to kindergarten at Bangert!   I am very excited about working with you and your child.  The opportunity to teach your child is a privilege and a responsibility our kindergarten team takes very seriously. We believe that with all of us working together we will have a successful year in kindergarten.  We hope to make your child’s learning experience a fun and exciting one.  Please remember to write your child’s name on backpacks, as well as jackets and sweaters.

This will be my 17th year at Bangert, and I have taught 1st and 2nd grade as well as kindergarten.  I am married and live in Trent Woods with my husband Jay and our dog Mac. All three of our children were students at Bangert, and graduated from New Bern High School.
