Yes, proof of minimum commercial general liability must be obtained by requestor and submitted at time of request. All facility requests will not be approved until Copy of Insurance is provided. In order to secure your date you must submit a copy of your insurance. Contact a local insurance agent for insurance coverage.
We do not accept or process paper forms. All requests must be made online from our District website under Community >> Facility Rentals. For outside agency requests please select Community Use of School Facilities. Follow the instructions for creating an account and then submitting your facility request. For internal requests please select How to access Facility Rentals for Internal Use.
Rates are $80.00 per hour up to 6 hours usage for Auditorium and Performing Arts Center (PAC).
Greater than > 6 hours usage but up to 12 hours a daily rate of – $500.00
Any hour over 12 hours is $80.00 per hour
Gym rental fees are $80.00 per hour.
Other rooms such as classrooms, band rooms, media centers etc are $60.00 an hour.
For soccer, baseball, softball, band practice field usage fee is $25.00 per hour.
Football stadiums with lights $200.00 per day $40.00 lights.
Football stadiums without lights $100.00 per day
Custodial Fees: @25.00 per hour (custodian(s) must be present at time of event).
