Hi! My name is Hailey Solitro and I am so excited to be teaching third grade this year at Ben D. Quinn! While this is my first year of teaching, this isn't my first year at Ben Quinn. I was fortunate enough to student teach here two years ago in Ms. Erwin's first grade class, so I already know several of my kiddos! (You might even be able to spot some of their names or initials in my picture on my graduation cap!) I also attended Ben D. Quinn as a student, so I've been a Bulldog for a very long time! 

I graduated from East Carolina University in 2019 with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. I absolutely love to learn, so I'm sure I'll be headed back soon for my Master's! I am married to an incredibly smart and talented engineer named Justin and together we have a sweet dog named Autumn and a fiesty fluffball of a rabbit named Charlotte. When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me teaching dance classes at Down East Dance Studio! I love coffee, crocheting, going for walks, and spending time with my family. I can't wait to get to know you this year!
