              First Period:       LCDR Fry's Planning Period

              Second Period:   9:45 am - 10:30 am

              Third Period:      11:45 am - 12:30 pm

              Fourth Period:    1:30 pm - 2:15 pm

    Office Hours:   I will available for individual help / questions during the following times: (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

                9:30 am - 9:45 am

              10:30 am - 11:00 am

              11:30 am - 11:45 am

                2:15 pm - 2:45 pm

     

    Wednesdays are your PT days and my Planning Day.  Do at least a half hour of exercise and log it in your journal.
