Hi!! Welcome to the school counseling page!

My name is Natasha Arbelo-Fredericks, I am the school counselor here at Brinson Memorial. I have been an educator for 14 years. In this time I have gained experience working with students in every level of education from elementary all the way up to college. As a school counselor, I work to help students develop social, academic and career development potential in order to become kind and productive citizens. I work with students in classroom lessons, small groups, and individual counseling. I also serve as our school's military point of contact, monitor attendance, and connect with community organizations. 

Originally from Florida, I moved to New Bern in 2014. When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, reading, traveling and planning our next family adventure!
