Welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year!  My name is Colleen Peters and this is my third year at Brinson Memorial Elementary School.  I am the Exceptional Children's Resouce Teacher for students in grades K-5.    I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2007.  I married by wonderful husband Ray in 2017.  We visited New Bern and fell in love with the town/community and made New Bern our home in the midst of Hurricane Florence in 2018.  I am looking forward to an awesome school year!
